In the dissertation are specified the intrinsic characteristics and the definitions of concepts restructuring, BPR and organizational-administrative measures. There are considered the methodical approaches, strategy and direction of realization of complex re-structuring in the article. In dissertation the recommendations are concerning the realization of BPR and organizational-administrative measures at the domestic enterprises of chemistry. Offered organizational-economic mechanism on a basis BPR and created with use of the mathematical-statistical device the scripts of development of activity of the researched enterprise, have allowed to confirm efficiency of theoretical rules situations, conclusions and recommendations made in research.
