Shklyar T. Legal and economic systems of society: general theoretic aspects of they mutual influence.

The thesis is dedicated to the general theoretic analysis of mutual influence of legal and economic systems of a state. Elements, targets and functions of society are found out and on this basis the criteria of its subsystems are clarified, including legal and economic ones. On the basis of the studying of the society structure interrelations between economic and legal systems are revealed as a base for their interaction. The sphere of interpenetration of legal and economic systems is defined and the essence of their interaction is researched. In the thesis specifics and functions of the elements of legal and economic systems are analyzed and their common elements are specified. The directions of mutual influence of legal and economic systems are defined and found out; the attention is paid to the peculiarities of interaction of legal and economic systems of modern Ukraine.
