Clinical motion of arrhythmias of heart is trained at children. Features of premorbid background and heredity, indexes of Holter monitoring, geometry of myocardium at different types of arrhythmias are exposed. Infection by intracellular exciters and if its presence - stage and cytokine levels are trained at children with arrhythmias. The plasma concentration of brain natriuretic peptid as a marker to clinical diagnostics of chronic heart failure are trained. Worked out prognostic criterions of development of arrythmogenic cardiomyopathy at children.
