Thesis is devoted the questions of increase of efficiency of diagnostic and treatment-and-preventive methods at the sharp diseases of respirators on a background of cytomegalovirus's infection at often and protractedly being ill children of early age. Taking into account probability of development of system inflammatory task and functional violations at OPI of children with CMVI, a necessity is a clinical supervision without limitation of terms, with the purpose of timely exposure of chronic diseases of the systems at this category of children.
