3. The dissertation is devoted to the questions of increasing the efficiency of differential diagnostics of Intrinsic spinal cord tumors due to magnetic resonance imaging. The detailed characteristics of MRI-signs of ISCT and NTL have been proposed, the possibility of the suggestion of hystological type of ISCT on the basis of the MR-images have been defined, the possibility of the native MRI to provide the pre-operative information have been estimated as well. The algorithm of the MR-investigation of the patients with ISC lesions has been developed.
