Essay

The thesis is dedicated to preparation of new facilities and methods of work safety controlling and accident prevention using optoelectronic scanning, pretreatment of optical signals and digital time-impulse real-time data processing. Optoelectronic technical facilities of an automatic scanning system measuring complex with a gathering aperture and a digital time-impulse data processing for prevention of accidents and extreme cases at long drawn-out objects and transport services have been devised. The modeling of complex operation, particular features of the optoelectronic scanning system construction and the algorithmization of data processing processes in such systems have been carried out by the example of evaluating long drawn-out objects. The hardware for noise immunity increase of optoelectronic scanning systems against the conditions and environment of their functioning and the factors of instability of their component parts have been suggested. The created system and the correlations of remoteness and precision have been evaluated. The methodical guidelines for solving various real-world problems of work safety control and accident prevention have been developed. The universal character of a worked out system has been examined and the possible variants of its practical usage (controlling of transport service, digital cartography of locality, navigation of vessels with the purpose of accident and the object destruction prevention, creating the safe labour conditions) have been described.
