Essay

Object of research: rescue operations under fragments of the destroyed buildings, constructions, designs of vehicles, etc. The purpose of research: improvement of conditions of rescuers' work due to use of mechanization of pneumonic rubber elevator (PRE) with small dimensions and dead load, simplicity of the device and reliability in operation in a combination with carried out researches on capacity, heat-shielding; to an estimation of time of victim rescue under fragments of the destroyed building, designs of vehicles, etc.; development of a complex of organizational - technical recommendations on safe use of PRE during rescue operations. Methods of research: analytical, based on use of the theory of plates and membranes, heat conductivity for development of mathematical model of work PRE in various conditions; experimental, using the theory of experiment planning, expert estimations and imitating modeling; empirical, when a process of carrying out of rescue operations and work of rescuers with application of PRE. Theoretical and practical results: work gives a basis for a choice of a rational way of application of pneumonic rubber elevator at carrying out rescue operations by development of the scientific methodology which determines opportunities of their safe use. The way of application is developed on the basis of r theoretical and experimental researches of use of pneumonic rubber elevators. Efficiency subjected to expert estimations which became a basis of imitating model of carrying out rescue operations on the destroyed buildings and constructions. Application of recommendations on use of pneumonic rubber elevators according to the developed way will allow to reduce time of stay of rescuers in a dangerous zone to 20-25 minutes.Scientific novelty: the approximated model of a deflection of the elevator is developed at pressure upon it a cargo of the different sizes, the model based on the decision of a boundary problem for the bi-harmonic equation and allows to calculate geometrical sizes and size of a deflection which has a zone of contact to a cargo with the rectangular form for the elevator of the rectangular form it is obtained the method of the decision of a problem of non-stationary heat conductivity in relation with environment warm of the elevator during rescue operations. Degree of introduction: recommendations for preparation of rescuers are developed and introduced, materials of the dissertation are used in the manual on carrying out of rescue operations. Sphere of use: rescue units and brigades.
