Essay

Research object: inc rease the service life and anti-friction properties of workings surfaces of the heavily loaded details of engines of diesels. Research purpose: increase the service life of the diesel engine parts by means of saturating the working coating of their surfaces with the finely dispersed additions. Research methods and apparatus: design of work of materials at alpha and stands tests, research of forming of workings layers of details at the finely dispersed additions. Modern microscopes, hardness, diffractometers, are used. Theoretical and practical results: the new physical model of creation of the second protective structures is offered in the wear of details, and also technology of running-in of engines with introduction of different dispersible additions on initial and on the final stages. Novelty new introduced: the mechanism of influence the finely dispersed additions of is set on forming of structure and properties of details which work in the conditions of wear; information is got about influence of different additions on the features of forming of structure, wear resistance, seizure resistance of workings surfaces in the process of earning extra money of details and the recommendation is made to their optimum composition. Degree of introduction: it is introduced on the machine-building enterprise, Kharkov, at the diesel engines running-in. Application domain: machine-building enterprises.
