Object of research - process of balancing of loadings of electrical networks nodes at asymmetrical and sine not wave power supplies. Subject of research - reception and processing of the measuring information necessary for management by currents and voltages balancing plants. The purpose of research - improvement of quality of the electric power by increase of accuracy both speed of reception and processing of the information necessary for management by installations of balancing of voltages and currents of electrical networks nodes at non-symmetrical and non-sinusoidal voltages of a source. The theoretical and practical results - the method of definition of unsymmetry parameters of loadings of electrical networks nodes for the first time is developed which provides use of spectral conductivities and allows to reduce unsymmetry of voltages of node of loading of an electrical network at non-sinusoidal conditions; the mathematical models of processes of control of balancing plants of loads of electricalnetworks nodes are developed, which allow to carry out balancing loads at an asymmetrical voltage of the power supply; the structures of quasi-balanced measuring channels of loading unsymmetry parameters at non-sinusoidal condition are advanced, that provides reduction of errors and increase of speed of balancing of loadings; the ways of creation of measuring channels of unsymmetry parameters for construction of balancing plants of nodes of loadings of electrical networks are developed.
