Diachenko O. The theoretic-methodical approaches of the data comparison in foreign trade in the goods statistics

Purpose of research: development theoretical and substantiation of methodical grounds comparison of statistical data given volumes of foreign trade in the goods of mutual trade of the countries - partners and revealing of ways of improvement the statistical analysis of comparison the data. Object of research: foreign trade of goods. Subject of investigation: the theoretic-methodical approaches of the data comparison by a "mirror statistics" method. Methods of research: theoretical and empirical methods of scientific knowledge, economics-statistical methods: analysis, dynamics, classification, grouping, absolute, relative and average sizes. The scientific novelty of the results is in the following: Creation the profound analysis of the methodical approaches and existing recommendations concerning comparison of the data in statistics of foreign trade goods is carried out; the new methodical approach to an estimation of size of divergences in the statistical data of mutual trade partners countries with use of special factor divergences in the data is offered; the average deviation of divergences for realization of the horizontal and vertical data analyses is used, that allows to define a degree of conformity data. Improvements in: methodological aspects of foreign trade statistics of Ukraine by the goods; the methodical approaches to realization of the comparative analysis. Elaborations in: theoretical bases of comparison volumes of foreign trade goods as one of directions of foreign trade statistics; the "mirror statistics" method in the analysis of foreign trade in the goods, that has allowed to prove an opportunity of its use as one of effective methods increase of quality the statistical information; typology of the possible reasons of divergences in the statistical data mutual trade of the countries; ordering of sources occurrence of divergences in the statistical given partners-countries. Extent of implementation: main results of the dissertation are used in practical activity in State committee of statistics of Ukraine by development of Methodological rules statistics of foreign trade goods in Ukraine, and also are applied in educational process of State academy of statistics, account and audit at teaching discipline "International statistics".
