Budnik T. The clinico-laboratory characteristic of diseases of kidneys with hematuria at children.

The thesis is devoted to problems of advanced differential diagnostics and treatment of diseases of kidneys with hematuria at children. The work proves that the identification of uroproteinogramas type (by means of simultaneous measuring the excretion levels with urine of albumins, imunoglobulins G and the exponent of index of selectivity) helps to differentiate of diseases of kidneys with hematuria on molecular level without carrying out nephrobiopsiae. There has been preposed the algorithm of differential diagnostics of diseases of kidneys with hematuria at children, based on combined usage of ranging to deminition diagnostic informativety of generally accepted clinical and laboratory indecis as well as indecis of excretion with urine of albumins, imunoglobulins G, index of selectivity. The criterions of diagnostics of early progressive of diseases of kidneys with hematuria with children have been suggested. The effectiveness of including ACE-inhibition in the structure of renoprotecthion therapy offollowing patients have been given proof.
