Еssence of planning feature in the conditions of market menage, a role of prognostication is exposed in the system of planning, the analysis of fitness of methods of prognostication is conducted for the system of planning of industrial enterprise. New methodological approaches are offered to the design of curve of life cycle of commodity on the basis of five S-vivid functions. The complex decision of task of determination of basic parameters of tactical plan is formed on the base of maximum analysis.
