Kubal's'kyj V. Criminal and legal Issues on Counteraction for Terrorism in Ukraine

The thesis is a complex scientific research into the criminal and legal issues on counteraction for terrorism in Ukraine. The author has defined social content, legal nature of terrorism. The author formulated new theoretical concepts and terms such as «terrorism», «terroristical crimes», «antiterroristical legislation» and others which are significant for theory, practice and improvement of Ukrainian legislation in this sphere. It is proved that separation of terroristical crimes is necessary for criminal law and criminology science in Ukraine. Such a separation grounds on Ukranian legislation in force and international standards on counteraction for terrorism. The system analysis of antiterroristical legislation is carried out.
