An object is technology of the multistage closed punching aircraft's details from aluminium alloys; a purpose is the improvement of technology of the closed punching taking into account the degree of the use plasticities resource; novelty - the scientifically grounds the approach to determination of rational parameters of the closed punching, the mathematical models of plastic's flow processes and heat-transfer concomitant punching, the diagrams of plasticity for the alloys AK4-1 and AMg6, a new approach to integration of the data got from CAE- in CAD/CAM-programs.
