Kolesnikov E. Financial component in productivity of use innovation of potential of the industrial enterprise

The object of the research: innovative activity of the domestic enterprises of mechanical engineering; the purpose of the work: generalization and the further development of theoretical positions and scientific - methodical maintenance concerning productive use of innovative potential of the industrial enterprise in view of its financial component; the technique of the research and the equipment: a method of logic generalization, grafanalytical method, methods of the statistical analysis (regressive analysis, the device of descriptive statistics), system and complex approaches, methods of formalization (the description of researched processes and the phenomena with mathematical symbolics and graphic display); theoretical and practical results: has received the further development: concept "innovative potential" which differs from existing definitions by consideration of its such versions as operative, current and reserve innovative potential; the definition of innovative risks uneike existing approaches to consideration of such risks are based on the account of price and cost aspects of productive use of a financial component of innovative potential concerning attraction of additional credit resources; offers concerning election of sources financial resources attraction which feature is the analysis of consequences of probable financial influences action concerning realization of innovative activity on the side of different participants of innovative process and versions of the further financing of innovative activity; it is advanced: the methodical approach concerning the estimation of financial expediency of realization of the innovative decision, procedure of stage-by-stage attraction of financial resources in conditions of their limitation for realization of the elected innovative project; the practical value of the received results consists that the advanced methodical approaches and the theoretical positions directed on improvement of an estimation and development of innovative potential of the enterprise of mechanical engineering are proved; the subject and the degree of introduction: the research are put in practice "Kiev – Dnepropetrovsk LTD interbranch enterprise of an industrial railway transportation", "Electromachine LTD", Open Society "Kharkov machine-building factory" Svet Schahtera"; the sphere of use: the industrial activity of the enterprises of mechanical engineering
