Ostrovska H. Value Based Management of Vertically-Integrated Enterprises of the Oil Industry

An object is the process of value based management of enterprises. A purpose is theoretically-methodological grounding of the value based management system forming of vertically-integrated enterprises of the oil industry and making methodical recommendations as to its introduction into practice. Methods: dialectical, induction, deduction, comparison, grouping, graphic, statistical, economic and mathematical modeling, normative-predictive method. Results: theoretical approaches to the value based management system forming are improved and methodical recommendations as to its introduction into practice of the oil enterprises are developed. Novelty: the classification of value types on evaluation agents and the classification of value types formation factors are improved; the interpretation of “enterprise value” has been acquired the further development; the complex system of the value based management for enterprises of the oil industry is formed; the strategic map of future actions is built; the economic and mathematical models of value management are developed; the evaluation method of value growth prospects is improved. Implemented into the activity of oil enterprises, consulting firms, local state bodies, in an educational process. A sphere is oil industry.
