Management essence is specified in the conditions of market economy. Classification of principles of management by enterprises is developed in the market conditions of menage. The negative factors of functioning of the control system of enterprises are certain. The organizational structure of management by enterprises is improved after redoing of agricultural products. Offered methodical approaches of determination of efficiency of management by enterprises. The stages of forming of the internal checking system are certain on enterprises. Strategy of increase of competition status of enterprises is developed after redoing of agricultural products.
