Essay

Object - stress caused by weaning of piglets from sows and the influence on this stress of different compounds of chromium. Purpose - to establish the influence of inorganic Cr3+ and it's chelate compound with methionine on hormonal status, protein and lipid metabolism, lipid oxidation processes and antioxidative defence system formation in weaning piglets. Methods - immune-euzyme assay, biochemical and statistical. Novelty - For the first, integrated investigations of the influence of inorganic CrCl3 and it's chelate compound with methionine on hormonal status, metabolism of protein and lipids, lipid oxidation processes and antioxidative defence system in the piglets, weaning from sows were carried cut. It has been shown intramuscular injection CrCl3 to piglets and seeding per os bolus of chromium-methionine accompanied by: a) increase of the synthesis of albumins, ?-globulins, ?-globulins, mono-, di- and triacylglicerols and decrease of the synthesis of nonetherifying cholesterol; b) rise of the glucose using as a substrate materiel; c) weakening of lipid oxidation processes; d) increasing of the antioxidative defence system enzymes activity; e) decrease of the insulin and cortisol level.
