The dissertation is devoted to the study of gastrointestinal and cardiovascular defects, caused by non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs, and usage of the cytoprotectors. The most toxic influence to the gastric mucosa. Prescribtion of ibuprofen and celecoxib didn’t show the risk of acute cardiovascular events. The non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs in moore cases got lover the basis stomach secretion, what was the case of breaking the reparative and protective functions of the mucosa. It was grounded the includion of thyotriazioline and bismuthy subnitras in thecomplex treatment of the medicine-induced gastropathy
