Novikova I. Mechanism of managing efficiency of corporate pension programs

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological provisions concerning principles of functioning of corporate pension program and the mechanism of managing its efficiency. The work studies introduction and functioning of corporate pension programs, and focuses attention on the analysis of mechanism of managing efficiency of the programs, economic and organizational conditions of their formation, infrastructural and legislative basis of management of corporate pension programs. The model of creation and functioning of company which administers nongovernmental pension funds was developed and tested for the first time. Special attention was given to the increase of efficiency of corporate pension programs and the study of efficient investment of pension assets. The author determined principal areas of ensuring financial stability of there programs, proposed controlling system applicable to the management of this pension funds.
