The dissertation focuses on the issues of diagnosis and prevention of periodontal tissues diseases at complex orthopedic treatment of patients with dental defects; the development of new approaches to choosing prosthetic constructions taking into account the degree of morphofunctional changes and compensatory possibilities of the maxillodental system. Clinical - laboratory and functional investigations have determined the peculiarities of the dynamics of support teeth microcirculation parameters in patients with defects of tooth lines in case of chronic generalized peritonitis of different degree of severity at adaptative stages of orthopedic treatment. There has been determined a different degree of preserving compensatory mechanisms of the maxillodental system in case of chronic generalized peritonitis.
