Ignatko L. Klinico-morfological description of period of remisia of chronic gastritises and gastrodyodenitis at children and optimization of prophylaxis of their relapses.

Dissertation is devoted to the increase of efficiency of medical measures at children with chronic gastrodyodenitis by the improvement of complex of medically-health measures with application of mineral weeksulpha of water of source "Siniac". On the basis of clinical description, endoskopic, morphological and laboratory indexes the developed criteria of incomplete clinical remision of CH and CHD at children. At of long duration saving of symptoms of incomplete clinical remision (periodic abdominal pain or dispepsia disorders) it was well-ground necessity of conducting of endoscopic research at children for diagnostics of progress or absence of dystrophic changes of mucus shell of stomach and duodenum with the purpose of prophylaxis of intensifying of diseases and progress of more heavy destructive forms of CHD. Scientifically the well-ground individualized method of reception of sylfid mineral water at children with CH and CHD, namely: at the hipoacid state the dose of a 3ml/kg mass of body is the optimum parameters of reception and a temperature is 370C, at gypoacid - 33ml/kg scales of cold mineral water.
