Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretic, methodological, and practical fundamentals of work accounting analysis and payment using modern information technologies. The result of theory and methodology investigation is the extension of social - economic and accounting - analytical essence of work; determination of accounting and analysis of work payment peculiarities using modern information technologies; and revealing the main principles and steps of automated accounting and analytical system creation. Theoretical and organizational fundamentals for automation of work payment calculations accounting in the enterprises and institutions have been enunciated; factor analysis of work payment in the enterprises has been made; methodological approaches for estimation of automated accounting systems for work payment calculations have been revealed. Complex automated accounting - analytical system for work payment calculations has been developed, on the basis of which algorithms of accounting reports composition have been enunciated.
