Dyedykova I. Clinical features of the allergic rhinitis caused by epidermal allergens

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of improving of the diagnostics quality and efficiency of treatment of the allergic rhinitis (АR) caused by epidermal allergens (EА) and to research into its spreading among the population. With the main purpose of improving of the diagnostics of АR caused by EA was suggested the new approach to early specific diagnostics of hypersensitivity to epidermal allergens using the prick-test and a method of immunothermistometry with domestically produced allergens of the sheep wool, pillow feather, dog and cat wool. It is proved, that such technique of cutaneous testing comparing with scarification tests is the most specific, easy to use, available and unified. Specific immunotherapy (SIT) by domestically produced epidermal allergens is effective and safe method of treatment provided that the patients are selected correctly with obligatory participation of the allergist and detection of degrees of current severity of AR for an estimation of efficiency SIT. It allowsto achieve the positive clinical effect at 66,66 % of patients and at 85,18 % of patients according to the dynamics of results of skin tests. Frequency of side effects of specific immunotherapy of AR with epidermal allergens at АR by parenteral method makes 11,11 % of all cases.
