The dissertation researches the learning of the category of aspectuality in modern German from the point of view of the theory of the communicativ acts on the examples from German fiction and texts of scientific and economic caracter. This way helps to distinguish and to formulate the theoretical bases according to the category of aspect, to distinguish the meаning of the aspectual structure of the verb in modern German, to trace and analyse the examples of aspectuality in different texts, to do the comparable research of the aspectual verb lexems in the discource of different genres.
