Essay

The dissertation is devoted to creation of heat-resistant antifriction materials based on phenylone and dispersed silica. It was studied quality of distribution of the dispersed fillers in the polymer. It was investigate influence of the concentration of the dispersed silica on physical, thermophysical and tribotechnical properties of the polymeric materials. It was created new methods of the synthesis of the polymeric composite materials. It has high quality of distribution of the dispersed fillers. It was investigate influence of the operating regime of the friction unit on tribotechnical characteristics of the polymeric materials. Developed polymeric material was tested the in friction unit of the braiding machine. Described elaborations were realized practically.
