Essay

The dissertation examines some of the most actual problems - the integration of cultural values and searching for new synthesis of art traditions into cultural paradigm "East - West". A convergence as the subject of scientific interests includes the issues of cultural inheritance and universals, especially important at transitional historical periods. We explore the matters about community of cultural connections far, a first sight, musical areas - Chine's and Ukraine's. This community that we see in a genetic sphere of contemporary authors creations - by sensing of its originally and universally folk source, synthetic basis of both cultures, dialogical expressions of saying with a great deal of improvisation e t.c. The forestall development of European music - as earlier written culture - determined its rule place in the creation of national academic composers school. Ukrainian composer's school beginning at the time of barocque in instrumental and choir practice. Contemporary Ukrainian music was represented in our dissertation by Eugene Stankovich, the famous Ukrainian composer, that is known as an innovator in different musical genres (he wrote opera, ballets, chamber symphonies, choir, cinema music). At the same time, very ancient professional composer's school in China replaces after reformation of musical science and performance, and had world acknowledgment only in the second part of the XX century. One of the famous composers in the contemporary chineese music is Bao Juan Kei, an Honorable Activist and Teacher. Chamber and symphonic music is the art of wide abstractive opportunities; it represents the area for scientific discoveries. The instrumental works by those composers are raising the way to a future development of national composer's school. As an analyzed result penetration we are seeing some special analogies in their creative methods, which might be understood as a convergence specialty. We imagine this as mental parallels in the process of cultural development - in mutual understanding the specifications of contemporary art
