Fedun I. Innovative providing of development of agriculture

A research object is mechanisms, facilities and terms of the innovative providing of development of agriculture. The purpose of dissertation work is development of theoretical, methodical and practical suggestions in relation to perfection of the innovative providing of development of agriculture. Research methods: prosthesis and situation approaches, system structural analysis, method of comparative analysis, method of expert estimation, method of analysis of the discounted streams of monies. Theoretical and practical results consist in the ground of directions of the investment providing of development of agriculture of Ukraine. Scientific novelty: first: grounded national doctrine of innovative breach and output of agriculture on the European socio-economic parameters of development; conception of transition of agrarian economy of administrative area is developed to the innovative model of development; it is improved: Method of determination of possibility, possibility and readiness of enterprise toinnovative activity; method of estimation of attractiveness and efficiency of innovative projects; obtained subsequent development: directions of innovative policy, related to development of business incubators, with state support of small innovative business; mechanism of financing of innovative activity which foresees rational pozhdnannya of different sources; principles of the market adjusting of innovative development of agriculture. Degree of introduction: the results of dissertation found introduction in agriculture of the Ternopil'skoy area and used in the educational process of the Ternopil'skogo national economic university. Efficiency: will be instrumental in the decision of problem of the innovative providing of development of agriculture. Sphere, industry of the use: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
