Essay

The results of research of steel drill strings wear resistance had been presented. The complex empirical dependence of steel drill strings value mass wear from influence six basic factors had been received. New oil compounds and drilling fluid had been researched. The dependence of steel drill strings mass wear from maximum contact stresses had been received. The energetic prediction method of steel drill strings wear had been elaborated. The durability prediction methods of steel drill strings had been elaborated. Residual life of steel drill string is predictioned with the help of this methods. It will allow to decrease quantity of steel drill strings refusal by plan of extra measuring of drill pipes thickness. The methods was inculcated in industry.
