Essay

The investigate of the influence of monochromatic electromagnetic radiation of red (630 нм), blue (470 нм) and green (520 нм) light-emitting diode of wormless intensities on the somitogenesis, energetic systems enzyme activity, anaerobic glycolyses, lipid peroxidation intensity, the red blood indexes and the em-bryo mortality. During the three times of irradiation of embryo in the first days of incubation it was established the significantly (р<0,01) increase of quantity of differential pairs of somites at 20.43 % with the intensity of radiation 0.1 mW/cm2 and the significantly (р<0,01) decrease at 24.61 % of somitogenesis with 1 mW/cm2 while the using the electromagnetic radiation of red and blue diapasons. Given regimes slightly increase activity of cytochrom-c-oxydase and significant decrease activity of succinatdehydrogenase in the embryo tissue and in the liver. During this process the increasing of lipid peroxidation is marked. The increase of the level of hemoglobin in the blood of the one day young birds with the intensity of red radiation of 0.1 mW/cm2 and decrease of the one during the research period with the intensity of 1 mW/cm2. The three times of radiation of quails embryo in the first days of incubation in by monochromatic electromagnetic radiation of light-emitting diode with the intensity of 0.1 mW/cm2 causes the decrease of embryo mortality on the 1-6 and 16-17 days of incubation, which significantly (р<0,05) increase the hatch (at 9,57 %) and breeding (at 9,26 %).
