Object - clinical peculiarities of teeth caries in children living in the territory with a higher level of heavy metals. The influence of cadmium chloridi on metabolic and morphological indicators has been experimentally proved on 77 rats. The efficiency of Enterosgel and Multy-tabs Shcolyar has been also proved during the piloting project including 168 children living in ecologically unfavourable regions.
