Object - 136 patients with gastroduodenal pathology on a background of duodenogastral reflux. The clinic-endoscopical, morphological, functional, immunological features of process of chronic gastritis are described on a background of duodenogastral reflux depending on the presence of Helicobacter pylori and degree of expressed duodenal rerurgitation.
