Musienko O. Theoretic grounds for investigating contemporary fraud.

Dissertation is devoted to the shaping of theoretic grounds of investigating contemporary fraud. The author defines the concept, types and forms of fraud. He studies psychological mechanism of fraud realization. The author also proposes criminalistic characteristics of fraud and establishes specifics of its structural elements (method of crime commission, place, time and circumstances, personality of the offender, object of fraud, personality of the victim, typical traces). This dissertation reveals the essence of the starting stage of fraud investigation, breaks into types investigative actions and versions and studies the optimum effect of carrying out emergency investigative actions as well as other actions. The author develops tactical operations that are of importance in the cause of fraud investigations.
