Dissertation is devoted to the study of organizational, legal, moral and psychological grounds of forensic activity. The author defines the role of forensic examinations within the system of procedural actions and analyzes the cognitive function of the forensic actions. The dissertation looks at the possibilities using forensic versions and mechanisms for the formation of the inner belief of the forensic expert. The author analyses the system of tools of the forensic examination (methods of forensic examination, expert techniques, expert technology) as well as develops the professiogrammy of the forensic expert and reveals the specifics of training for forensic professionals.
