Essay

Object of research - superfluous code designs at a sign-digital code and time signals construction (ТSC). The purpose of dissertational research is the analysis of is likelihood-time characteristics of systems of data transmission at sharing time signals (TS) and block codes. Methods of research is the mathematical statistics, the theory of probability, the theory of multiitem codes, the theory of noiseproof coding. The measuring complex on the basis of the TS and block codes which allows to define parameters of a liaison channel which is described Hilbert's by model is developed. Parameters of handicapes in "good" and "bad" conditions of a liaison channel are established. The class of channels in which it is expedient to use ТSC is certain. The direction of dissertation research connected with the implementation of the Concept Development regard to Ukraine in 2010, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 9, 1999 No. 2238.
