The thesis is dedicated to the increase of technological automobile road dust control efficiency in the open-pits. The objective of the present work is the decrease of dust formation at the surface of automobile roads having non-rigid pavement to the point of standardized amount by binding the dust contained in the crushed stone pavement using the solution of natural bishofite. The idea of the work consists in the use of cohesion forces made by the natural bishofite solution at the surface of dust-like particles to bind them in the automobile road crushed stone covering. The input of natural bishofite solution having density more then 1170 kg/m3 and volume content 14-16% into the crushed stone mixture reduces dust formation at the surface of automobile road for a long time. The method of calculation moisture evaporation intensity from the crushed stone mixture filled with natural bishofite solution allowing to forecast the time of dust being in humid state was suggested. The use of daily temperaturechanges to increase the effectiveness of dust binding by the natural bishofite solution was grounded. The technology of technological automobile road dust control in open-pits was developed. Its applying allows to decrease air dusting to the point of sanitary regulations during 10-15 days.
