Process of management by bank's own capital forming. A study and generalization of theoretic-methodological approaches and development of suggestions concerning mechanisms improvement of management by bank's own capital forming with the purpose of providing their effective functioning in modern conditions. Methods: grouping and comparison, economic-mathematical, statistical, tabular and graphic methods, method of expert estimations. It was investigated an economic contents of bank's own capital and made an estimation of management providing by its effective forming. It is offered multifactor approach to optimal value forming of bank's own capital in the process of bank's activity. It was offered an improvement mechanism of determination methods for bank's own capital optimal value by application of economic-mathematical methods for the complex of factors at the bank's level concerning its maximal value, structure, volume of the debt capital and borrowed funds, risks influence. It was offered a measures system of accordance achievement concerning debt capital and borrowed funds. It was accented a maintenance importance of providing high rates of capital growth in conditions of market relations development in Ukraine. Banking system of Ukraine, educational process.
