The dissertation presents the first attempt by complex research of this problem of creation and activities of bodies of the prosecutor's office of Republic of Poland in territory by East Galichina (1919-1939) in the historical-legal science in Ukraine. In work the principles of bodies of the prosecutor's office, function and competence the of bodies of the prosecutor's office are covered organization of bodies of the prosecutor's office. The problem of transformation of structure and functions of bodies of the prosecutor's office of Republic Poland in territory by East Galichina is considered during state construction in Republic Poland. The features of normative regulation and essence of bodies of the prosecutor's office of authority in conditions of antidemocratic mode are investigated.
