Essay

An object is processes, related to investment activity of enterprises of food retail industry in the conditions of transformation of economy. A purpose is development of methodical positions in relation to measuring and estimation of investment attractiveness of enterprises of food retail industry in modern terms. Methods: horizontal and vertical comparison, eliminirovaniya, ranging, mathematical statistics, imitation design, graphic and экономико-mathematical design. Novelty: first – the method of the complex measuring of level of investment attractiveness which is based on the multilevel statistically reliable system of indexes is developed; methodical recommendations are offered from development of document „Паспорт to the investment attractiveness of enterprise”;classification of factors which restrain and stimulate the process of investing in industries of food retail industry of Ukraine is improved; methodical approach is improved to measuring of risk of decline of efficiency of investments. Results: developed recommendations are scientifically grounded in relation to measuring and estimation of investment attractiveness of enterprises of food retail industry. It is inculcated: methodical principles of complex estimation of intellectual capital and methodical approach to forming of cost of object of intellectual property on the enterprises of food retail industry: Joint-stock COMPANY is the «October vino-kon'yachnyy factory», OAO of «Baltskiy molokokonservnyy combine of products» of children's, OAO of «Skvirskiy combine of khleboproduktov», OAO of «Popil'nyanskoe is a khlebopriemnoe enterprise». Drawn on results got in dissertation in the educational process of the Odessa national academy of food technologies and Odessa institute of poslediplomnogo education.
