Kolesnik Y. Activation of Innovative Activity in enterprises on the Base of Usage Informational Technologies

Object – processes of innovation development of industrial manufacturing in the machine-building branch under the conditions of transforming economics in Ukraine. The purpose – the development of organization methodical system of providing innovation activity enhancement of the machine-building enterprises based on the use of information technologies. Methods: system analysis and synthesis; theory of probability; economic mathematical modeling; expert evaluations; logical generalization and program objective planning; theories of artificial intellect. Novelty: for the first time – conceptual principles of organizational economic mechanism of scientific and technical lagging behind surmounting of the manufacturing industrial enterprises due to information factors included; methodical approaches to forecasting the results of innovation activity of the enterprises based on the integrated evaluations of different directed financial economic indicators and bringing them to the single quantitative evaluationwith the help of Harrington’s generalized function of desirability were developed; methodical recommendations about compromise strategy development were offered, based on coordination of economic interests of innovative project organizators and service providers; improvements – the means of providing long lasting enterprise competitiveness; quantitative substantiation of the possibility of current productional situation correction; terminological apparatus on defining key concepts of innovative activity has been further developed, namely: “innovations”, “innovational activity”, “innovatively active enterprise”; innovation process creative management concept at the machine-building enterprises. Results: the scientifically grounded recommendations of providing innovation activity enhancement of the machine-building enterprises based on the use of information technologies are developed.
