Zemlyachov S. Resource base of commercial banks and characteristics of its structuring in Ukraine

Banks activity concerning forming and management of a resource base. Deep and system research of banks resource base essence, study of it modern condition and substantiation of following improvement ways of resources management at the level of separate banks and banking system as a whole. Methods: analysis and synthesis, generalization, induction and deduction, graphic technique, economic-mathematical methods. It was studied the essence, sources of banks resources forming and offered new approaches of it classification. It was expounded an author interpretation of banks resource base concept and structure. It was considered economic and financial pre-conditions and constituents of bank resources forming mechanism. It was investigated the processes of Ukrainian banks resource base development and described the features of it modern condition. It was made a research of forming features of bank resources separate constituents. It was determined the essence of bank risks which arise under forming of banksresources, and investigated their management mechanisms. It was offered using of mathematical model (simplex method) on the balanced forming of bank resource base. Commercial banks of Ukraine, educational process.
