Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a substantiation of theoretical positions and practical recommendations, concerning formation of organizational systems of marketing management in poultry-farming subcomplex, as preconditions of effective functioning in the field of poultry farming. In thesis researched factors of formation and an estimation of organizational systems of management, essence and administrative principles of marketing management, formation of organizational systems of marketing management in poultry-farming subcomplex, offered the algorithm of the marketing system management, analyzed with definition of lacks and advantages organizational forms of marketing on modern stage, developed a technique of a quantitative estimation of management structures. Analyzed development of organizational structures of poultry-farming subcomplex management, marketing research of eggs market condition, marketing research of market conjuncture and organizational manufacture systems of chicken(-meat) was analysed. Proved strategic ways of organizational marketing management systems improvement of to in poultry-farming subcomplex by forecasting demand for production on poultry farming in the agrarian market of Ukraine, formation of organizational systems of marketing management in subcomplex of meat poultry farming strategy of development of marketing management in the market of breeding production of a poultry-farming subcomplex.
