Gerasina V. Investment guarantee of effective functioning of enterprises of grain-producing subcomplex AIK

Dissertation work is devoted to development of theoretical, methodical, and practical principles in relation to the investment providing of the effective functioning of enterprises of grain-producing subcomplex. Probed theoretical essence of the investment providing and its basic constituents, factors which influence on the volume of investments and their structure, methodical approaches in relation to application of integral indexes for the estimation of efficiency of investment projects with an eccentric money stream. It is set that a powerful grain-producing subcomplex in a capital region (Kyiv and Kyiv area). The estimation of financially economic activity proves low profitability of capital in grain-producing, that stipulated narrow-mindedness of own financial resources and considerable bringing in of the borrowed facilities. Grounded strategy of organization of innovative development of enterprises of the VІ generation. Basic directions of improvement of the system of state support of enterprises of grain-producing subcomplex indicated. The cluster model of organization of the investment providing of innovative activity of enterprises of grain-producing industry and economical-mathematical model of estimation of investment projects is developed with the use of simple and integral indexes taking into account the factor of risk.
