Polyvayuk V. Investigation of Ukrainian bank system crime, committed by means of modern informational technologies

Об'єкт дослідження - the public relations arising up at the commission of crimes in the banking system of Ukraine with the use of modern informations technologies. Мета дослідження - to develop criminalistics description and on its basis to formulate the substantive provisions of method of investigation of the crimes accomplished in the banking system with the use of informations technologies. Методи дослідження - the method of systems analysis, method sociological. Наукова новизна - it is first discovered and systematized the typical methods of commission of crimes in the banking system of Ukraine with the use of modern informations technologies; criminalistics description of persons which commit crimes in the banking system of Ukraine with the use of modern informations technologies is given. Практичне значення - positions of dissertation are used in materials of disciplines "Criminalistics", "Criminology", "Criminal right" "operatively-search activity during investigation of crimes" and inculcated in practical activity of subsections of MIA Ukraine in the Zaporozhia region. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - materials of dissertation are used in an educational process (act of introduction of the Zaporozhia legal institute of Ukraine from November, 12, 2004) and in practical activity of subsections of pre-trial investigation and MIA Ukraine in the Zaporozhia region (acts of introduction of MIA Ukraine in the Zaporozhia region from March, 3, 2005 and from Septembers, 4, 2006). Ефективність впровадження - the conclusions of dissertation got positive estimation of specialists. Сфера використання - practical activity of law enforcement authorities and educational process.
