Kovaliov V. The cooperation between the investigator and the specialists of the experts' department of the Internal Affairs Ministry

The thesis is devoted to the research of actual theoretical practical and legal aspects of the cooperation between the investigator and the specialists of the experts' department of the Internal Affairs Ministry on the monographic level. The thesis is devoted to the analysis and the development of the notions, the content, the principles, the forms and the directions of the cooperation between the investigator and the specialists of the experts' department. The specialists of the experts' department - expert-criminalist are examined as the persons who get the special knowledge and can occupy the social status: specialists, experts determined according to the Code of criminal Procedure in dependence with the purpose and the forms of their participation during the prejudicial inquiry. The notion of coordination is exposed and it is made the difference between the notions of coordination and the cooperation. The expert's status of investigator is determined as the principal actor of procedure and the organizer of the cooperation during the prejudicial inquiry. It is proposed to formalize the possibility to make the forensic examination before the open the case.
