Sydyaha B. Piculierities of antirecessionary management of agricultural enterprises

This dissertation is dedicated to antirecessionary management of agricultural enterprises based on timely diagnosis of crisis and making adequate effective management decisions. Having analyzed different economic resources, the author studies and reveals the essence, purpose and functions of antirecessionary management of enterprise. It is substantiated, that the crisis state on the enterprise is characterized by the following three levels: catastrophe, deep crisis and light crisis, according to which it is necessary to apply differentiated approach to realization of antirecessionary management. In this research paper the author carried out analysis of existing methods of financial state evaluation of enterprise and criteria of its bankruptcy, revealed advantages and disadvantages of each of them, and also necessity of their adaptation to the economy of Ukraine. The scholar grounds the choice of effective antirecessionary programs, which make the foundation of realization of antirecessionary managementof enterprise, and determines the significance of each program, i.e. the level of influence of their one-percent change on the growth of integral indicator and its components. Based on the received results the author gives recommendations on formation of plan of performing antirecessionary arrangements taking to account possibilities of the enterprise and its crisis level.
