The thesis is devoted to the development of modern and methodical approaches and practical recommendations concerning organization-investment ensuring of dynamic development of railway's locomotive sector. The research object is the investment-economic activity of Ukraine's railway locomotive sector. There has been proposed the indices system of locomotive sector's investment attraction assessment, developed the complex rate and indicators of investment attraction of locomotive sector.There has been introduced the definition "priority-branch investment of locomotive sector". There has been proposed the methodical approach to the efficient division of investment resources during material-technical resources improvement.
