Tardaskina T. Organization and economical constituents of information security of general using telecommunication networks

Object of research – processes of function of general using telecommunication networks and total conductions and factors of forming organization and economical constituents of information security. The purpose of research – dedicated to substantiation of theoretical and methodical approaches as for determination of information value and organization and economical constituents of information security of general using telecommunication networks. Methods of research – historical-logical, comparative, analytical, economical-mathematical, system, functional and cost analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis. Constituents of information security of general using telecommunication networks are determined; architecture construction peculiarities of telecommunication networks with taking into consideration organization and economical constituents of information security are determined; directed for saving and defence of information security of general using telecommunication networks priority tasks and regulation conditions of information security management activity and activity of the personnel accordingly to the demands of information security are substantiated; foundations related to organization of information security of general using telecommunication networks are determined and substantiated; by the example of automatic telephone exchange the functional and cost analysis of information security system ensuring was made, and under methodic positions the appraisal of expenses for its creation and introduction was grounded and carried out. Scientific positions of research are used in Odessa branch of „Ukrtelecom” (the certificate of introduction from 20.02.2007), Odessa railway (the certificate of introduction № Ш-08/2737 from 14.09.07 р.), „Digital System of Communication” (the certificate of introduction № 256 from 25.10.2007р.). Positions of research are used in Odessa national academy of communication named after A.S. Popov educational process (the certificate № 01-24-492 of introduction from 18.09.2007).
