Object of thesis investigation is process of monitoring the Internet services market in the conditions of economical, organization and technological changes in society. The purpose of dissertation research is a grounds of scientifical substantiation into account objective and subjective influence factors demand for refinement functioning participants of Internet services market of the monitoring system times stage. Research methods: methods of comparative analysis, analogies, grouping, logic analysis;. expert methods, methods economical and mathematical statistics. Researching results: formulated requirement in relation to the construction of the monitoring systems; the ground process of influence factors selection in the context of Internet services demand and forecasts of their; elaboration consecution sequential of monitoring Ukrainian Internet service market; soundly functioning elements of the system monitoring Internet services market . A novelty consists in the following: in Ukraine there is notthe monitoring system as instrument of acceptance of administrative decisions the participants of market of services of network the Internet.Application the findings of investigation to Odess national academy of communication by O.S.
