The common laws of fracture kinetics in different classes materials under influence of suddenly changes in the loading mode at different stages of deformation and also essential influence of suddenly changes in strain velocity on limiting damages and fracture toughness materials it is established. A number of effective ways and approaches for mathematical modelling of deformation processes and fracture of plastic materials from the point of view of suddenly changes in strain velocity it is offered and it is approved.
